We’re thrilled to announce that Joe Smith has joined Dixa as Chief Revenue Officer. Joe will be part of Dixa’s executive leadership team will be responsible for defining, driving and executing the company’s ambitious go-to-market strategy. This will include expanding its operations even further across EMEA and other key markets, in addition to Dixa’s retention strategy.
Smith brings over 25 years of global go-to-market experience to the role, having held senior positions with high-growth companies such as Hootsuite Media Inc. (general manager international), Qubit (CRO) and Emailvision (SVP global sales). He joins Dixa from innovation intelligence, patent search & IP analytics software company, Patsnap where he was general manager for EMEA, Americas and ANZ. Key learnings from his time include working with enterprise software companies such as BMC Software and CA Technologies as well.
Dixa has experienced phenomenal growth in the space over such a short time. This is a testament to the dedication and focus of its entire team, to bring a software product that offers a better customer and agent experience.
