Vimmelskaftet 41A, 1st floor

Today, consumers are shifting to favoring subscriptions over one-off transactions. According to Gartner, 70% of companies worldwide either have already deployed or are looking into deploying subscription services. Most of us can probably recognize this behavior ourselves subscribing to streaming services, meal-kits or even beauty products.

Needless to say, there is a noticeable shift towards what some are calling  more 'relational' business models; businesses built on the premise of continuous relationships with the people buying their products and services.

With this change in consumer behavior, it's only natural for customer engagement to change accordingly.

Join us for a deep-dive into the shift towards a relational economy. We'll cover what this new breed of customers expect when it comes to delivering truly personalized customer experiences and the brands that are leading the way. Get inspired to put your customers at the center of your business strategy to boost loyalty and retention!

Oh, and the event is of course free!
