Virtual service assistant

Our virtual service assistant is intended to help both customers and agents. It's both a bot and a machine that understands your knowledge base, support site, website and conversations with customers using natural language processing. Applying machine learning to its self-service, it'll quickly find out when to suggest support articles or helpful facts, guidelines or prices to prevent customers from having to look up information themselves. At the same time, the same knowledge is used to route conversations and suggest quick responses to agents.
