Use Custom Cards to fetch information on customers from your own systems by utilizing Webhooks. Based on either phone number or email adresses, you can display any information on your customers within Dixa. This is a solution that will require a developer on your end.

We're currently working on integrations with several e-commerce platforms: Most notably Magento, WooCommerce and PrestaShop. The integration for each is primarily intended to provide agents with customer data, transaction history and status directly in the Dixa interface. If you have an interest in a platform that isn't mentioned here, send us a message or give us a call.
We're planning to integrate with some of the larger CRM systems to enable you to easily add your customers and data to the Dixa interface. For now, if you're really interested, we do have our API that makes this possible. If you have inquiries about a specific CRM system, don't hesitate to get in touch.
We think Zapier is great, and therefore we've added it to our pipeline. It's not up first, but it's definitely in there for 2017.
