Emojis Have Arrived!
We now support emojis on email and chat! We have added an emoji drop-down menu within our chat widget for customers to use as well (agent drop-down menu coming). We hope you enjoy using emojis as much as we do 🤗
Here's what it looks like:
Our plug & play Jabra integration works in the desktop app for all Jabra headsets and even the Jabra handset. Users can answer and end calls through their headset, while the busylight lights up accordingly. We have also included a sound test feature under Settings > About.
Blind and assisted transfers are now supported for outbound calls.
During a live chat: A notification sound is played for customers when agents reply and the customer is away from the tab.
Notification text after claiming or transferring a conversation has been improved.
Chat widget and contact form have been rewritten for better performance and future developments.
The default timeout action in the call flow editor has been increased from 30 seconds to 300 seconds.
We Squashed a Few Bugs:
We updated opening hours in the call flow and chat flow to start on Monday.
We fixed an issue associated with updating a chat widget name.
We fixed an issue with listen in not always being muted.
We improved the loading time for phone calls to connect participants quicker.
