Activate Call recording

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Go to Call Flows.
  3. Click on Edit next to the call flow where you want to activate Call recording.
  4. Click Add Action.
  5. Select CALL RECORD to add it as an action.
  6. Confirm that you accept the disclaimer saying you are responsible for adhering to local law regarding call recording in the countries where you operate.
  7. You have the option to choose an announcement that will be played to customers before the call recording is started. This is required by law in most countries.
  8. All conversations from this point on the call flow will be recorded and the recordings will be available in the Conversation View.
