Get started with chat

Admin guide
  1. When you create a Dixa account a default chat widget and a default queue is automatically created.
    The user that was used to sign up with is automatically a member of the default queue.
  2. Insert the chat script on your website.
  3. Go online in the Dixa agent interface and turn on the chat channel.

Currently the chat widget support English and Danish language. Please see Advanced chat settings guide for advanced customisation.
