Make internal call

Agent guide
  1. Click on the agent name under TEAM LIST.
  2. Click on Call.

You can call all online agents. 

Agents do not need to have Telephony turned on.

If an agent has Simultaneous ringing turned on, the internal call will only be offered in Dixa. The call will not be forwarded to an external number.

It is not possible to make an internal call to an agent that has an ongoing inbound or outbound call.

In this dialogue, you can also see if the agent has Simultaneous ringing, phone channel and chat channel turned on.
