Simultaneous ring

When you activate Simultaneous Ring incoming calls will be offered in the Dixa interface and on a traditional phone (landline or mobile) simultaneously. This is also called twinning.

To active Simultaneous Ring, you need to add a phone number to your profile.

You can activate Simultaneous Ring under My Profile and in the top left corner of the Dixa interface.

Simultaneous Ring will be offered in your mobile phone when your presence is set to Working (green) and when you are offline (not logged into the Dixa agent interface). Simultaneous Ring will not be offered on your mobile if you are logged into the Dixa agent interface and your presence is set to Away (orange).

Simultaneous ring is not available for internal calls.
