Transfer conversation - Transfer to agent

Agent guide
  1. Click on Transfer conversation and select Transfer to agent.
  2. You can enter an optional message to the receiver, and select the agent you want to transfer the to.
  3. Click on Transfer next to the agent you want to transfer the conversation to.
    The agent has to be online for you to be able to make an internal transfer of conversations to them.
Click Transfer conversation and select Transfer for agent
Write optional note and click Transfer.
