Transfer conversation - Assisted transfer

Agent guide
  1. Click on Transfer conversation and select Assisted transfer.
  2. Enter a phone number or search for a contact.
  3. Click on Assisted transfer to transfer conversation.
  4. ‍‍You can transfer the incoming call to the external number by clicking Step out or you can go back to the incoming call by clicking Take back.

Enter a number or search for contact
Step out (leave) conversation or take it back
