A blind transfer is a transfer where you don't get to talk to the person you are transferring the conversation to before the transfer completes, as opposed to an assisted transfer which allows you to have a conversation before the call is transferred. Blind transfers are also known as cold transfers.

To make a blind transfer:

  1. Click on Transfer Conversation and select Blind Transfer.
  2. Enter a phone number or search for a contact.
  3. Click on Blind Transfer to transfer conversation.
