A blind transfer is a transfer where you don't get to talk to the person you're transferring the conversation to before the transfer completes. As opposed to an assisted transfer that allows you to have a conversation before the call is transferred. Blind transfers are also known as cold transfers.

To make a blind transfer:

  1. Click on Transfer conversation and select Blind transfer.
  2. Enter a phone number or search for a contact.
  3. Click on Blind transfer to transfer conversation.
