You can call anyone in your team.

  1. Click on the agent name under TEAM LIST in the lefthand side panel.
  2. Click the team member, then click on Call.

You can call all online agents, and they do not need to have telephony turned on.

Note that it isn't possible to make an internal call to an agent who has an ongoing inbound or outbound call.

Also note that an agent with Simultaneous Ring turned on will only receive the call on her/his computer, not on the phone. That's because internal calls are not forwarded to external numbers.
