Mark a conversation for follow-up
To make sure you don't forget about a customer, you can mark a conversation for follow-up.
- In the right-hand panel in the Conversation View click on Mark conversation for follow-up.
- To see your needed follow-ups, click on the clock icon found in the top right corner of the interface.
- Click View to go to the conversation or Remove to delete it from the list.
Please note that this feature requires that you access Dixa with the same user on the same computer.
