1. Go to Settings.
  2. Go to Phone.
  3. Click Edit number next to the number you want to be the default outbound number for the organization.
  4. Select Enable and click Save changes.
  5. The selected phone number will be the default outbound number when the Dixa interface is reloaded.

Go to Settings > Phone and click Edit number.

Select Enable and Save changes.

Set a default number for your organization here. The new organization default number will be updated the next time the Dixa interface is reloaded.
