1. Go to Settings.
  2. Go to Organisation & Team.
  3. Click on Default and click on the number that you wish to be the default number for the organisation.
  4. The selected phone number will be the default outbound number when the Dixa interface is reloaded.

Select the default phone number for your organisation from the drop-down list under Default.
